It all depends on what kind of motor he has. A BONE STOCK integra GSR with a good driver will do a 12.7 (good friend of mine, 95 gsr, drag turbo kit, 10psi, STOCK internals) If he has the engine worked (ie cams and pistons) that car could pull a mid 11 no problem. Me and all my friends used to run hondas, I had a 13 second GSR, 2 of my boys ran 10 second civics. The Z is VERY heavy and is HARD to launch. If this kid knows how to drive his car, he can get a HUGE jump on you at the line, and thats all hes gonna need to stay in front of you. I know that the Z is considered a type of "supercar" like the supra and rx7 because of its potential, but take it from someone that has built and driven hondas into the 10's.
